Protection of personal data

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR) 

Information pursuant to Sections 19 and 20 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR)


1. Who are we?

(hereinafter referred to as the "controller") 

The company FeDoGas s.r.o. operates as an employment agency that directly employs workers and subsequently sends them to its foreign partners for agreed work according to the sector of work.


2. What is the processing of personal data? 

The processing of personal data is any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, storage, modification, disclosure or erasure. Personal data is any information from which a specific natural person can be identified. 


3. What personal data do we process? 

We mainly process the following categories of data: Basic identification data first and last name date of birth birth registration number (if required by law) permanent or temporary residence address Contact details telephone number e-mail address CV data work experience education language skills professional skills Data necessary for the employment relationship bank account number data necessary for payroll processing data necessary for social and health insurance We only process data necessary for the performance of the employment relationship and the fulfillment of legal obligations.


4. For what purpose do we process your data? 

We process your personal data for the purpose of: selection procedure and assessment of candidate suitability, concluding an employment contract, fulfilling employment obligations, payroll and personnel agenda, sending an employee to a foreign partner, communication with the employee during the employment relationship, fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, taxes, archives). 


5. Legal basis for processing 

We process your personal data on the basis of: a) performance of the contract (conclusion and performance of the employment relationship) b) fulfillment of legal obligations (Labor Code, tax regulations, accounting) c) legitimate interest (protection of legal claims, security) d) your consent (e.g. sending a CV via a form).


6. How do you give us your consent? 

You give your consent: by submitting your CV via the online form, by checking the appropriate box on the website, by written or e-mail confirmation. Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time. 


7. How can you withdraw your consent? 

You can withdraw your consent: by e-mail to info@job-go.eu in writing to the company's registered office The withdrawal must include your name and surname and a clear statement that you do not wish to have your data processed further.


8. Who do we provide your data to? 

Your data may be provided to: external accounting company, payroll accounting office, public authorities (tax office, social insurance company), legal representatives, foreign partners (to the extent necessary for the performance of work). All entities are contractually bound by the protection of personal data. 


9. How long do we store data? 

employment documents – according to legal deadlines accounting documents – 10 years resumes – 10 years or until consent is revoked data from the contact form – until the request is processed 


10. Transfer to third countries 

We do not transfer personal data outside the EU, except in cases where the employee is posted to another EU Member State under an employment contract. 


11. Your rights under the GDPR 

You have the right to: access to data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing, file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. 


12. Data security 

We have adopted technical and organizational measures: secured internal databases, limited access to authorized persons, password-protected systems, encrypted communication (SSL), internal data protection guidelines.
